Here cums the judge! - Judge Thompson goes on trial for masturbating in court
Oklahoma judge Donald D. Thompson, who last year was caught masturbating and using a penis pump in court as he was presiding over a murder trial, has lost his bid to keep the jury from viewing the device. Thompson's lawyers have also been trying to suppress 180 hours of courtroom tapes they said contained the whooshing sound of the penis pump in use but the motion was rejected.
They will also hear testimony that a second "penis pump" was seen under Thompson's bench. (Hey, you never know when you will need a spare during a long day at the office!)

Thompson was charged last year after being caught in the act on numerous occasions by the court clerk and trial witnesses.
The complaint also said that Thompson, 57, allegedly shaved his pubic area, applied lube, and slipped on the pump, and masturbated on a number of occasions in full view of Lisa K. Foster, Thompson's court reporter for 15 years.
Foster said she first started hearing a noise that “sounded like a blood pressure cuff being pumped up.” Foster told investigators she witnessed the judge’s sexual behavior “fifteen to twenty times.”
Foster was later fired by Thompson after cooperating with the investigation into his misconduct. (So much for the good judge's moral character!)
If convicted, Thompson could face up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine on each charge and would have to register as a sex offender upon his release.
Thompson had a reputation for handing out stiff sentences. He once tried to send a man to prison for life for spitting on a police officer.
Prior to becoming a judge he served six years in the state House of Representatives starting in 1975 where he frequently spoke out against gays.
(Which is quite ironic really since if he is convicted and sent to prison, Judge Thompson will be probably be spending much of the next decade picking up the soap in the showers for some guy called Bubba!)
